Soundhue is distributed through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. We have not written our own, because there is nothing here that Apple’s does not already cover.
The licence
Your use of Soundhue is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Buying, refunding and restoring the purchase are all handled by Apple under the App Store terms you already agreed to.
What you make with it
The recordings you make are yours. We claim no rights over them, we never receive them, and you may use them however you like, including commercially. Recordings exported on the free tier carry a small Soundhue mark in the corner; Soundhue Pro removes it.
What it costs
The app is free to download and use. Soundhue Pro is a single purchase that unlocks mark-free export, the front-camera composite, unlimited recording length and 4K re-rendering. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is no advertising anywhere in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Privacy
Covered separately and in plain terms on the privacy page. In short: audio is analysed on your device and never leaves it.
